From Surviving to Low-Key Thriving

Somewhere between week one confusion and week five chaos… week six hit different. This week felt like a shift - not easier, not lighter - but stronger. Like I knew what I was doing (most of the time). The workload? Still insane. The laptop? Still dramatic. But me? Faster, better, more confident. This week wasn’t about adjusting or surviving — it felt like I was finally stepping into my space.

Day 1 - Lost Chair, Found Productivity

The day started with pure confusion — I walked into office and MY CHAIR WAS MISSING. Gone. Vanished. Disappeared. I literally had to search for it like it was a lost object, and once I found it, I mentally decided: this is mine now (yes, I put a tag ). But that chaos was just the beginning. The rest of the day? Absolute madness. 6–7 posts, 2 carousels, 4 video carousels, 1 video, AND IPL creatives. Like… who gave me this power? But surprisingly, I delivered. Not just work — good work. Unique designs, cool templates, everything on point. Productivity level: unlocked.

Day 2 - Deadlines & A Little Tea Therapy

Another high-intensity day. Posts, posts, and more posts - plus 4 carousels on top of that. At this point, my brain just auto-switches to work mode the moment I sit down. But after all that chaos, I did something for myself - went out to explore a good tea place. And honestly? That little break felt like therapy. Sometimes all you need is chai and silence after a loud workday.

Day 3 - Light Day? Not Really.

The day started light… which is always suspicious. The moment I got a video task, my laptop immediately said: “Increase memory.” Like please??? Not again. But I still managed - added motion graphic elements, completed the video, and handled posts alongside. And then came the best part - team lunch, sponsored by our team leader. Proper meals, good food, and actual conversations. Work stress instantly reduced

by 40%.

Day 4 - Pizza = Instant Motivation

The day was going smoothly, regular work, nothing too crazy… and then suddenly news spread: “Office is sponsoring lunch.”
My first thought? Fake news. Scam. Prank. But guess what - IT WAS REAL. And not just anything - PIZZA FOR EVERYONE. The mood shift? Immediate. Motivation levels? Sky high. Suddenly everyone was working with extra energy. Proof that sometimes, all a team needs is

good food.

Day 5 - IPL Grind & Designer Mode ON

The day kicked off with IPL creatives - and let me just say, I’ve been deep in this IPL zone. By now, We’ve done around 90–95 creatives, which honestly feels insane to even say. Along with that, I handled posts, carousels, and extra work without slowing down. At this point, speed + consistency is becoming my thing. Deadlines are still tight, but I’m moving faster than I thought I could.

Closure - Trust, Speed & A Little Confidence Boost

This week felt like a win. Not in a loud, dramatic way - but in a steady, confident way. I can feel it: my speed has improved, my designs are stronger, and most importantly, I think I’ve earned my team’s trust. And that hits different. Between all the work, the chaos, the laptop struggles, and the unexpected food treats - this week showed me that I’m not just keeping up anymore… I’m actually growing into this role.

And honestly? That feels really good.
