At This Point, My Life is Just Deadlines & Weather Warnings
Week twelve genuinely felt never-ending. The kind of week where every time you think work is slowing down… another task appears. Videos, IPL, podcasts, creatives, “What Happened in 24 Hours” - everything was happening together. Add Bengaluru rain drama to it, and suddenly life starts feeling like a survival reality show. This week wasn’t about balance. It was just: finish the work and stay alive.

This week wasn’t about balance. It was just: finish the work and stay alive.
Day 1 - Smooth Start… Suspiciously Smooth
The week started surprisingly calm and chill. I completed all my creatives in the first half itself, which honestly felt illegal considering how my recent weeks have been. The second half was pretty light too, so I finally got some time to do self-experiment design work - just creating for fun without deadlines breathing down my neck. Felt nice. But obviously peace never lasts too long here. Around 6 PM, we suddenly got 4 podcast videos. Thankfully, the team was chill about it and decided we could continue the next day. Small relief moment.

Day 2 - 8 Videos?! EXCUSE ME??
Today said: “You rested yesterday? Cute.”
The day started with a massive workload. Those 4 podcast videos turned into 8 total business videos alongside the regular work. Absolute madness. I somehow managed to complete around 4–5 videos, but by the end of it, my brain genuinely stopped functioning. Video editing fatigue is REAL.

Day 3 - Creatives, IPL & Constant Exhaustion
The workload continued like it had personal issues with me. Around 8–10 creatives, remaining videos, IPL content, regular tasks - everything stacked together. By this point, exhaustion had become the default setting. I was working, delivering, replying, editing… but fully on survival mode energy.

Day 4 - Rain vs Bengaluru vs Me
Today was INSANE. Like genuinely exhausting in every possible way. There were so many creatives, and in between all the chaos, the internet was fully obsessed with the Modi & Meloni buzz - which obviously meant more content, more speed, more pressure. And then came Bengaluru rain. Not normal rain. FULL cinematic disaster rain.
By the time I left office and reached the metro, the metro services had shut down because of the weather. No Rapido. No internet properly working. No buses visible. Complete chaos everywhere. Somehow, through pure survival instincts, I found one random bus and managed to reach my PG. Honestly, by the end I felt like my BP had dropped from exhaustion… but somehow, I made it.

Day 5 - Cannes, IPL & Mentally Clocking Out
The day started with movie reviews, Cannes content, IPL creatives, and regular work - basically the usual chaos package. At this point, I think my body automatically enters “deadline mode” the moment I open my laptop.
The only thought in my head the entire day was: “Please let this week end.” And finally… it did.

Day 6 - Surprise! One More Workday
Just when I thought I could rest… plot twist. Didn’t expect a day 6, right? Same.
I got a morning call from the other designer, and due to some reasons, I had to take over the tasks for the day. So once again - creatives, deadlines, finishing everything, wrapping up the work. No dramatic ending, just pure “okay let’s get this done” energy.

Closure - Exhausted, But Still Standing
This week was VERY exhausting. Physically, mentally, creatively - everything. Videos, IPL work, podcasts, 24-hour updates, nonstop creatives, rain chaos, travel stress… it genuinely felt like the week kept testing my patience. But somehow, even after all that, the work got done.
Maybe not gracefully. Maybe not with full energy. But it got done. And honestly, I think that itself deserves credit sometimes.
